A dynamic and experienced commercial finance leader, Michelle has worked across several industries for public, privately owned, PE backed businesses, and also in public practice. As our Chief Strategy Officer, Michelle is responsible for delivering EMG / Gravity Media’s long-term vision, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing key business initiatives that drive our success.

With a proven track record in commercial analysis, deal execution, and operational efficiency, Michelle works closely with the executive leadership team to help shape strategy, drive deals and partnerships, undertake strategic planning, and lead high impact business initiatives that create sustainable value for EMG / Gravity Media.

Having joined EMG / Gravity Media in 2013, Michelle has undertaken several commercial financial roles within the business giving her a broad knowledge of our global business operations. She is adept at managing stakeholder relationships, has strong commercial acumen, and a natural ability to connect with people that supports the delivery of our strategic vision.
